Social Media Strategy

A social media plan, and someone to run it.

I work out what your business should be saying on social, then either run the posting myself or hand the plan to whoever does. None of it runs on ad spend.

What you get

I look at how you come across today, plan what to post and where, and make the photos, videos, and posts. I answer comments and DMs too, and we go over the results on a call each month.

What posting every week gets you

It proves you're still open and still good

A page that went quiet eight months ago reads as a business in trouble. Recent work, recent posts, and recent replies say the opposite.

You get reach without ad spend

Everything here is organic. You pay for the attention with consistency rather than budget, which makes it the cheapest channel you have once it's running.

It makes your ads land softer

Someone who has seen your name and your work for weeks reacts to an ad differently than a complete stranger does.

Your back catalog keeps selling

Every post stays up. A customer who finds you a year from now still scrolls past proof of the work you did this week.

People search on social now

Plenty of customers look for a contractor, a salon, or a restaurant on Instagram or TikTok before they ever open Google.

Comments and DMs are where it turns into money

Someone who comments or sends you a message is asking to be sold. Reply the same day and you're the one they book.

Customers look at your social pages before they hire you, and they judge you on whatever they find there today.

A plan for what to post, how often, and why, built around your audience and your goals.

Community engagement

Replying to comments and DMs, which is where a following turns into customers.

You see the scope and the number before you commit to anything, and I don't add change orders for work on this list.

How the work goes

01

Review

I audit your current social presence, positioning, and content.

02

Plan

I build a content and platform plan around your business and the people you sell to.

03

Run it

I post, engage, and refine month over month, or hand the plan to your team to execute.

I handle each account myself, so the person you scope the work with is the person who does it.

Questions about social media strategy

Do you just advise, or do you actually post?

Either. I build the positioning and the content plan, and I can run the posting and day-to-day page management for you. If you have someone in-house who posts, I hand them the plan instead.

Is this the same as paid advertising?

No. Nothing on this page runs on ad spend. Paid campaigns are my Paid Ad Management service, and the two work well together.

Which platforms will you help me with?

Whichever ones your customers use, whether that's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or a mix. Part of the job is telling you which ones aren't worth your time.

What kind of content do you make?

Your actual jobs, your team, and your customers, shot and written to look like they belong on the platform rather than like an ad.

Do you respond to comments and messages?

Yes, when I'm running your pages. Someone who takes the time to comment is already half sold, so answering them is part of the work rather than an add-on.

Is this a good fit if my page has gone quiet, or if I am starting from zero?

Yes. A quiet page needs a restart and a new page needs its first month of posts, and I plan for whichever one you have.
